Your CRM should do the typing.

A sales CRM for the desk and the road

Business cards, receipts and meetings go in as photos and audio — and a person confirms every one before it touches a record. Configurable pipeline, quote-to-cash with approval routing, and per-customer receivables.

Nothing reaches a contact or a deal without a person confirming it.

Card to contact, meeting to recap, quote to paid invoice.

One button. Three ways in.

The same control on every screen of both apps. It reads the record you already have open, so whatever you capture attaches itself to the right deal without you choosing from a list.

  • Two document types, done properly. Business cards and receipts. Not invoices, contracts or ID documents.
  • A recording survives navigation — and the local file is deleted once uploaded.
  • Noah cannot change anything. All twelve of its tools are reads, each permission-gated, and every answer names the records it read.

First contact to paid invoice.

Nothing gets re-keyed along the way. Each document converts into the next, with an approval at every step and a trail back to what was agreed.

And the rest of the CRM

Configurable pipeline and the deal record+
Your stages, in your order — create, rename, reorder, and mark each as a step, a win or a loss. Drag deals across the board in the browser and on the phone. Every transition is written to history, so a deal's path is reconstructable. The deal itself carries priority, category, referral source, files, line items, notes, activities on a calendar, more than one rep, and tabs for quotations, orders, invoices and meetings.
Quotations, approvals and the document chain+
Line items with per-item taxes and charges from a configured catalogue rather than one flat percentage, terms templates editable per document, and revisions that keep their history. A configurable approval matrix routes each document to the right approver by condition, with a live count of what's waiting in the top bar. Quote converts to order, order to invoice, with an approval at each step.
Payments, progress billing and receivables+
Record partial payments with proof of payment attached, and the invoice recomputes its status. Invoice a large job in slices against the agreed value, with each preview showing how many slices are live. AR ageing runs per customer across current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 91+ buckets, drillable to the invoice, plus a customer statement of account.
Noah, and seven AI actions that show their reasoning+
A deal score out of 100 with the model's own reasoning and a confidence rating. A stalled-deal check with its reason. Sentiment and risks across the notes actually logged, action items pulled from those same notes, meeting prep, category suggestion, and paste-to-fill for a contact that never auto-submits. The facts come from the database, not from the form on your screen.
Multiple companies, roles and the audit trail+
Workspaces are separate books you switch between without switching accounts. Subsidiaries sit inside one workspace, each with its own currency and tax registration. Four role presets — Owner, Sales Manager, Sales Rep, Viewer — then tune per person. Every row records who created it, and editing an already-approved document demands a typed reason that is stored against it.
The mobile app, and what it isn't+
Not a viewer — five tabs with full create and edit for contacts, customers, deals, quotes and invoices, plus scanning and recording. Tokens live in the OS keystore, sessions refresh silently, and a network blip won't sign you out. It needs a connection though: there is no offline mode, and the app is distributed directly rather than through the app stores.

It shows its work,
including where it stops.

A CRM that shows its reasoning should be straight about its limits too.

A person confirms everything

Extraction is automatic; the write is not. A card, a receipt or a recap only becomes a record once somebody has looked at it and said yes.

Entity separation is enforced

Separation between subsidiaries is applied by the server rather than left to a query filter — verified in the live configuration, not just intended.

Noah cannot write

Twelve read-only tools, each permission-gated to what you can already see, and every answer names the records it consulted.

And plainly, what it doesn't do. No offline mode. No two-factor or single sign-on. Contacts import from CSV or Excel, but there is no importer for customers, deals, quotes or history. Only cards and receipts scan. Sales orders can't be emailed, and payments are recorded rather than taken. We hold no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and won't imply one. If any of that matters, it's better raised before you buy than after.

Frequently asked questions

Does a scanned business card or receipt go straight into the CRM, or does someone check it first?+
Someone checks it first: nothing saves until you confirm it in the review pane. Doubtful fields are flagged beside the original photo, what you correct is what gets saved, and a card with no readable name is refused.
Can the AI assistant in the CRM edit or delete my deals and contacts?+
No. Noah cannot write to anything: all twelve of its tools are read-only, each permission-gated to what you can already see, and every answer names the records it consulted.
Can the CRM produce quotations and invoices, or do I still need separate quoting software?+
It handles the chain itself: a quote converts to an order and the order to an invoice, with an approval at each step. A configurable approval matrix routes each document to the right approver by condition, with a live count of what is waiting shown in the top bar.
Can the CRM track unpaid invoices and receivables per customer?+
Yes. You record partial payments with proof of payment attached and the invoice recomputes its status, and a large job can be invoiced in slices against the agreed value. AR ageing runs per customer across current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 91+ day buckets.
Does the mobile CRM app work offline, and is it in the app stores?+
No on both counts. The mobile app needs a connection — there is no offline mode — and it is distributed directly rather than through the app stores.
What can't this CRM do that I should know before buying?+
There is no offline mode and no two-factor authentication or single sign-on. Contacts import from CSV or Excel, but there is no importer for customers, deals, quotes or history; only business cards and receipts scan; sales orders cannot be emailed; and payments are recorded rather than taken.
